Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Evolve With Kiea and Brand Evolution Marketing Agency.
Because of the digital nature of our products and the time investment in our services, please review the policy below before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads) – Non-Refundable
All digital products—including templates, planners, guides, dashboards, printables, courses, and instant downloads—are non-refundable.
Once you receive access to a file, it cannot be returned.
If you experience issues accessing your products, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Coaching Sessions & Consulting – Non-Refundable
Coaching, strategy sessions, consultations, or any personalized service are non-refundable once booked or delivered.
You are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions during your service period.
Rescheduling Policy
- You must notify us at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule.
- Missed or late cancellations may result in a forfeited session.
3. Social Media Management Services – Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of ongoing service-based work (content creation, planning, strategy, scheduling), all Social Media Management payments are non-refundable.
Contracts must be honored through the agreed timeline unless otherwise stated.
4. Service Deposits
If a service requires a deposit:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits secure your spot and are applied to your final balance
Failure to complete payments will result in loss of access to deliverables.
5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

We will investigate and issue corrections if applicable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Files
If a digital product file is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will provide:
- A working replacement file, or
- Corrected access to the digital product
This does not apply to user error, such as downloading the wrong product.
